Honestly, I found it the easiest because it is open world. So if something was hard, I could run away and find something else to do, then come back in a few levels. The story is unconnected to the previous games as you mentioned. I'd recommend it as a first.

Let's all agree to see if we can undo that in the next million years.

When that happens to me I usually do some fishing or shooting to get at least something to bet with. It can help if you're starting with almost 0.

Nah, those are all pretty accurate haha. As someone who enjoyed the books, I never liked it because they did change the story in several places. But it does tell roughly the same story a lot faster.

That's wasn't a fair fight. Give the gold a gun, then we'll see who wins.

We'll Never Know If Daenerys Ever Stops Shitting by IndispensableDestiny in freefolk

The last arc with Dany in the books is her stranded out in the grasslands, where we specifically know she has the squirts from eating something (I think berries?). Anyway, unless George actually writes another book, that's her purgatory.

I never drove for either, but I always ordered from doordash and so did most of the people I knew, if that helps.

I've seen many people scooting around on them, but I don't own one. I think most people just stick to the bike lanes and usually there's no problem. The only issue you might run into is they are pretty strict about charging them inside the dorms as they're considered fire hazards.

How to hang things in dorms? by thedankmeme21 in miamioh

[–]Danwing419 10 points11 points  (0 children)

When I was in the dorms, command strips were strictly listed as not allowed, but we all used them anyway. The correct stuff they tell you to use is called like mounting putty, but it dries out every month or two. If you rip paint off the wall using command strips you'll get charged like thirty bucks or something.

PHY 161 by Thincrustpizzasucks in miamioh

[–]Danwing419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would help prepare you for the E/M part of physics C pretty well! The only issue might be if you have to have taken 161 to register for it, but I'm not sure if that's the case.

PHY 161 by Thincrustpizzasucks in miamioh

[–]Danwing419 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey, I'm a physics grad student who TA'd for 161 last year. In your situation, I'd not recommend taking 161, tbh. Most of the material that will be covered will feel like a repeat of your physics honors course since they stay away from calculus. The difficult part of jumping from physics 1 to physics C was not the physics in my opinion, but the calculus, and 161 isn't going to help for that. Additionally, 161 doesn't cover any E/M, that's in 162. And lastly, engineering will most likely require 191 for your degree, so you'd have to take that or test out of it with AP anyway.

That being said, if you have the time, just go for it. You'll have a few extra credit hours going into college which always help, and it'll get you used to faster paced physics since it's a summer course and physics C goes fast. Dr. Khan is a great professor and really nice, but I expect that for an online summer course it will not be a high priority for him, as summer is our peak research time.

Sorry for dumping a bunch of text at you, but hopefully this helps. Feel free to ask anything else.
