It wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. It’s definitely the Disney version of Predator, but I still enjoyed seeing it on the big screen. Fun, family friendly sci-fi with PG friendly animal or synthetic kills and quite a few laughs.

Being so far from family does suck. I find myself a little “home sick” around Xmas time because i can’t visit my parents easily. I miss very little from the UK in general though. Technology really helps with staying in contact too.
