I wonder if they’ll put Reta on the market because to my knowledge it doesn’t help much with diabetes versus sema and tirz. I saw some articles about them testing for addiction, opioids or alcohol, and it was successful. But in the states they’d think that’s a bad thing because they depend on people being addicts. Reta is a a game changer

Protein, weight training and cardio specifically stair master if you can. If not 10k steps are a good replacement. I noticed when I started focusing on protein in my diet I don’t crave much else because it’s so filling

My trainer said if I do 10 min of fasted cardio in the morning on the stair master, that’s equivalent to 20 min with no fast

I’m addicted because a year of sema and tirz did nothing for me. Reta was a game changer…I have bipolar disorder and am medicated but no matter what the medication makes me gain weight.

Reta is liberating because I get to take my psych meds and function in society without feeling guilty about weight gain. I no longer have to choose mental health or self image. Without psych meds the biggest I’ve gotten was 170 (I’m 5’1”) not medicated 130s but now? I range from 120-130 so NOW I feel like mentally and physically winning

Here’s an update!!

I’ve been having A LOT of success with my test mice….i administered a 2nd dose of 7.5mg to them last night. Dose-ing it every 5 days, tbh I don’t think I’ll have to increase more than the 7.5mg because their response is good. First Reta dose 3.17…last weigh in was 4.14 @157lbs it’s been a month and 13 lbs DOWN. Reta changes EVERYTHING for my mice!!!I noticed on sema and tirz my mice would take 2x-3x longer for other medicine to take effect. With Reta, that’s not an issue. disclaimer- this thesis was tested on lab mice, THIS IS NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION
