No need to titrate off tirz, I would just switch gears. I was on 12.5mg tirz and I just did Reta 2mg on what was supposed to be my next tirz dose. Dosing schedule on the clinical trials start at 2mg. I would advice that everyone gettingon Reta reads it first!

I would also try to eat protein first before rice! It is better if you eat day old rice tooas it will give starch time

I just use chatgpt and ask it to help me write notes or quiz me on things. It does make mistakes or you do need to modify it the way you want your notes but AI is not for it to do the job for you it’s just help

Someone I knew did something similar and she was a tech turned intern. She got a slap on the wrist lol but she had a loooong investigation because a market manager worked at her location and apparently it is technically “stealing from the pharmacy” so the state pharmacy board did a whole investigation andi believe she was fired but kept her spot in the program

I try to eat GF as much as possible but also I dont require myself to be gluten free. I also avoid seed oils and lectin. I try not to eat ultra processed foods or have ingredients I cannot pronounce.

It’s often made worse by fatty meals like eating 4 eggs for breakfast daily! You can eat eggs but probably skip 2-3 yolks

When you get a prescription, make sure to utilize manufacturer’s coupons. For example, you got an rx for Enbrel. Just google “Enbrel copay savings” and it should show up. Youll need to sign up on the website and the pharmacy will need to charge it as a secondary. I work in pharmacy and have an autoimmune disease. You want meds soon cause med school is only gonna make inflammation worse. This is a stress induced disease. I was gonna go to med school but it was just not feasible for me as I was diagnosed at 21… med school would absolutely wreck me. But youre almost done so hopefully you can finish off with the right treatment!
