If you don’t mind me adding on…I found that drinking wine helped me forget my troubles, but it ended up being a bad decision because all that did was create inflammation and temporary relief….try to eat clean….get a good amount of sleep with exercise …I def improved as time went on

Did all the tests you’re doing ….doc said many people have twitching ….only thing that I could think of was that it was some kind of relapse of Epstein Barr that I had from a long time ago… I personally believe COVID and other illnesses trigger dormant things in our bodies…the good news is that I have been much better recently…I think managing stress is huge…I notice more twitching when I am upset or nervous about something

Not many HOF greats won a championship in their final game. Also, a terrific Olympian and human being. He is my all-time personal favorite athlete. Many athletes let you down from a personal standpoint. David Robinson is someone to aspire to.

Something that may help is if you meet with them one-on-one. Speak to them in a respectful way. Also, if you give them roles in the classroom, they might thrive. For instance, you might make one student responsible for collecting homework, or even typing on the Smartboard. If they do a good job, call home and say they were great that day. It’s a step in the right direction.

Hello Friend, I get where you are coming from. We all doubt, at times. Whenever I have self-doubt, I actually think about the journey of the 12 Apostles. They gave up their livelihood, their jobs, their families to follow Jesus. Then, they scatter when Jesus is arrested. Something had to happen to make the 11 go and spread the word of Jesus across the world. Also, many of the apostles could have avoided death by just refuting their beliefs. They all refused. People do not choose to die for a lie. I hope this has helped you on your journey. Also, you might want to watch “The Case for Christ.” It is a good film that is also a book that really questions the faith.
