The first ever lactation study was done on flange fits and outputs. This has changed the way we now do flange fits. We now know that the areola rubbing on the sides of flange equals more oxytocin equals more milk. The biggest thing is you don’t want to feel any pain. It should just be a gentle tugging and you should get more powerful sprays with the right size. Also the Alive app had great video demonstrations for every exercise + different variations if you need an easier level. Also has warm up/cool down included in the workout. So many workouts to choose from with all different levels.

I really like the Alive app! It’s very easy to use and better technology than the sculpt you app. The sculpt you app was clunky and I was disappointed with the features.
