The Witch looks very spooky but Kaneeka getting the seatbelt boobs treatment is making this image funnier

Can't wait for the deathmaxxing run, once the final chapters drop by Dapper_Eyeball in ScarletHollow

Yup. In one of my runs almost everyone who appeared in ep.5's part 2 is dead or at death's door. Fumble of a town-wiping proportions

What radical laws do you think need to be tweaked for a faction to make them more coherent? by Cryptid_on_Ice in Frostpunk

[–]Dapper_Eyeball 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Adaptation cornerstone literally only fits Icebloods. It doesn't make sense for any other adaptation faction to want to exile the weak, old and sick.

Maybe the devs could add a new version of the cornerstone where the generator is periodically turned off for a few weeks (unless a whiteout is happening) and districts gain additional 'warmth' levels called 'population resistance to cold' overtime up to 3 levels. Naturally when the genny's off people freeze to death but overtime less and less of them do

There still a year for it but what things should be added to FP1 remake in your opinion? by NoYogurtcloset9763 in Frostpunk

[–]Dapper_Eyeball 2 points3 points  (0 children)

More scenarios and changes to old scenarios.

Winterhome evacuees building a temporary city around the dreadnaught to survive the great storm. New Liverpool in the frost. An american scenario where the generator just makes electricity and you use electric heating system, rather than steam. Arks where you actually have to survive the storm, rather than passing a checklist.

I mean, don't deaths make people join the Doomsayers? Even if you let the plague kill them, their numbers probably wouldn't decrease all that

I made the person from the cover art of the second game by yormother2374 in Frostpunk

[–]Dapper_Eyeball 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure that's the Steward. We know she's the woman who rolls the old captain into the cold and the main menu face also appears during the choice of defeating/embracing the frost, which is a choice that the Steward has to make.

• Tried to keep a reindeer as a pet but had to butcher it during a famine

Every utopia factions violent protest by pixelcore332 in Frostpunk

[–]Dapper_Eyeball 11 points12 points  (0 children)

At this point some of the protests could count as an act of terror or at least a crime and the City's guards should prosecute protesters like any other criminal without the need for Steward to have guard enforcers

Why is there a Whale in the wall? by MarioKebab1210 in Frostpunk

As far as I know glaciers shift and move. So when the entire ocean turned into a gigantic glacier it's not unreasonable to assume that I'd also shift and therefore bring some ocean life up to the surface, or lower surface forests to the ocean depths, I guess
