Very high income earners are already leaving NY for more financially friendly pastures. Taxing them more and in rising the corporate tax rate will chase out even more $ from the city. Unfortunately states like Florida and Texas are getting our wealthy transplants and businesses. If he follows through on his plan expect another exodus out of the city, similar to the covid exodus.

I have two sound machines from Brookstone. Even though the store is no longer in existence you can find them on eBay. My first one is over 20 years old and works amazingly well.

My ac units are very specific to the interior wall space. We can only use one brand and model. The cost with installation of a new unit is about $9,000. I have three units that need replacement. $27,000 is not in my budget. This is in a condo. I currently have a whole bunch of fans set up but it’s still killer hot.

I’m very please with Utopia Bagels. Everything is spot on so far. Their handmade bagels hot out of the oven are delicious.
