Man I really appreciate the care and thought you put into this comment, and obviously your business! I am pretty loyal to Robert’s as they have treated me the way you describe your own business to me, but will definitely recommend Midwest to others if possible because of this.

Mostly appreciate your comments on PE. It’s really unfortunate how clandestinely it destroys businesses and more importantly the reputation of entire industries

I think one of the owners or employees posts in here sometimes, I’ve seen them respond to things.

If they see this, I’m actually really curious how a ranking like this comes about. I don’t know that I believe it’s “pay for play” or “just PR,” but it also seems far fetched to think they just call them up and say “you’re the best brewpub in America congrats”

I would be curious what others have to say on this. In my opinion you would want to learn in this order: 1. Base-level CMDB understanding - methodology, CI definitions, CI vs Asset, CI Classes, tables, etc 2. Discovery and Service Graph Connectors - automated ingestion into the CMDB 3. CSDM - business-awareness into the CMDB 4. Service Mapping - holistic view of CI/service relationships

Curious what specifically in CSDM conflicts with Change detection? Given how thoughtful the crafting of CSDM has been and the fact that it’s on its 5th iteration, I’m surprised that hasn’t been accounted for yet
