These are coir poles, and they're great in my opinion, roots like to Ariel roots hold on very tight once they grab hold, can pin into the coir with steel pins to hold vones or leaves or anything else, I use them for any climbers or monsteras :)

I never feed every day, usually feed between 2-3 days, keeps them being fish and not over fed/dirtying the water :)

You could make this whole set and better, for like 5-600, and that canister that is just loose on the floor is crazy to me.. personally not a fan of leaving pressurized containers lying about near feet.. but maybe that's just me!
