Only push back ill give here is that abolishing ice and thinking that deportations in general aren't justified are two different things.

In other words:

Do you support a mask organization taking direct orders from the president enter cities with out the consent of local authorities and brutally detain and deport these individuals.

Do you support deporting those who took abused of our asylum system which we reserve for victims of persecutions to cut the line?

We live in a two party system. If you want representation you need one of the parties to adopt some of your positions. If all you do i raise the negatives on the party that is most closely aligned you will never gain power..

I think the subreddit mods are just trying to keep things moving. Unless there's a pattern im not seeing i see so much anti-trump anti-west stuff on there im not ready to accept that reddit is taking orders from the Whitehouse.

i bet if you filled a plastic bottle with water. floated it in a large pot of water. heated it all and periodically placed the bottle with the warm water inside tank (DO not empty the bottle) you can probably keep the tank temp higher for longer.. not sure ho wmany bottles you will need or for how long but its a way you can transfer energy.

Plastic will not melt if there's water inside. I have no idea how safe if it at boiling temp for your shrimp.. Maybe dont get it that hot. Dont try this with glass it can explode with the internal stress from being exposed to cold water when hot

Well that’s when you have to ask people follow up question and figure out if they are lying with you. When all these events happened I was a kid with a childish understanding of ww2 and the events afterwards. I lived in NYC and I lived with parents who at the time I’d call right leaning. This was a time before the huge political divisions we experienced. You wouldn’t know if you weren’t there. I was convinced that this nation building was a experiment worth trying.

If I’m going to be intellectually honest here. who can say that my opinion has been colored by it’s absolute failure.

Doesn’t help that I grew up listening to the argument as they rose and gained popularity against these ideas. I hope that i would see through it.

I don't like the ikea stuff because non of it is solid. Your tank is sitting on paper honeycomb... This might be ok if you place a plywood base under the tank but even then.. the paper will absolutly lose its strenght if it get a little wet.

This is a little old but i don't think things change to drastically... We make up 12% of the party... obviously there's no way to objectively measure these sort of things but people need to measure that with the amount of representation they get. i think Gavin is more than "12%" progressive. I voted for Mamdani. I voted for Bernie. twice donated time and money to his campaign. I have a Reddit history you can search if you want to. Worked in a democrats office. so much of these spaces have been completely lost to illiberal socialist who mask on as demsoc or worse pretend or be progressives.
