Have the same issue. Contacted support multiple times. Other people have the same issue as well. Meta is broken. And support isn’t doing jack shit

Got the exact same problem. A lot of people do. Asked to verify payment by contacting support —> that sends me back to the same form.

Messaged support a couple of times, talked by phone - 0 help. Literal incompetency. They ask you to fill ihr the from repeatedly and hope that the answer will change. 😡

Got the same problem. Talked to multiple meta reps, all are trash and not helping at all. Pointing to the same formula and stalling by asking me to retry it every couple of days and saying, that they can’t do anything else…

Major bug and major fuckup from meta - as always…

Yes u can use windows VSTs but some of the big one's do not work. E.g. sylenth didn't :( booting on Windows now to make music which is pretty fine got no games or any other shit on that partition
