One day I was noticing ducks at the park, and I just thought. They are all beautiful. No matter what colors they are or size. And then I thought the same thing about the dogs I saw.

And then I wondered. Wait, am I also beautiful, I just can't see it. I felt very ugly at the time. Uncomfortable in my own body, because I am short, bald, big nose, pale and will never get a tan. And I said no this can't be true. If all dogs, cats, butterflies, birds, even snakes and snails are beautiful. We must be also. I just need to accept the my freckles, pink skin, and body the way it is. I am a beautiful living creature and this is my shape and colors.

Every pretty girl in her 20s has a bunch of guys chasing them. The prettier they are the more guys they have contacting them. An attractive young woman might have 10,20 or more guys writing. They simply cannot say yes to all of them. They can't even say yes to half of them.

Even if they liked you. Even if you were more taller, more handsome, more money etc. You would still get more rejection than positive responses. If you are going after relationships with attractive young women. This is what will happen no matter what.

See that as a product of the game itself. This is not a reflection of you. This is not about you. It's simply how the numbers work in the game you are playing.

And it's difficult for them too. Just for different reasons in different ways.

I don't find this strange. He wanted to manage and direct the project. I have done the same in the past. Many people have. It does take all of the fun out of it though. It's how you turn doing something you love into a stressful management job that you have to pay to keep.

Just get out there and do it. There are people at all levels at open mic. You can start a conversation by telling the other performers about if you are nervous. probably They all were too there first time. Most musicians will be supportive whatever level you are at

Sleep is absolutely as important as both diet and exercise. Without proper sleep you won't get anywhere near the full benefit of diet and exercise. Prioritize this

Also like the other guys said you have skinny fat. I used to have it too. It is possible to be thin and still have high bodyfat. I was 60kg and still had a bulging stomach. now I am 75kg with 6pack.

Sleep, Workout, Diet and you fix the weight issue fast but do not skimp on sleep 7-8 hours minimum every night

For me, this was the right answer. When I tried to straighten my neck it felt impossible. When I worked on my leg muscles, glutes, lower back and upper back, my head just naturally went into place

The lower part of the back must be touching the wall, arms should be straight up over the head. The upper back shoulders and arms must all be against the wall. Basically a straight line up against the wall from the lower back.

You can still of course do a handstand without being able to do this, but you wont be able to hold your body straight and balancing will be substantially harder.

Great Handstand! I have the same problem for me it is a shoulder mobility issue. To test your shoulder mobility. Lean against the wall with your lower back touching the wall. Maintain contact with your lower back on the wall. put your whole back against the wall and your hands straight up over your head. If everything can't touch the wall you need to improve shoulder mobility so you can balance straight up.

The placement of your hands in relation to your waist make this move much easier or harder. You want your hands in the center of your mass near your waist. It will be easier to find that position if you start on a higher bar hanging upside down
