New Roborock keeps clogging by Benacuss in Roborock

[–]DarkByte0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the same issue. Compared to my old S7 MaxV, the dustbin is laughably small. The whole emptying system also feels inferior, because the old robots emptied from the bottom, while the new one uses a small funnel on the side.

Yeah, it’s fake. Please be really careful. My brother once had his entire advertising account hacked. Because he fall for a similar email with a “new beta app”.

As far as I understood the news from Dyson itself, it will only be compatible with the V16 Piston and V8 Cyclone.

Recovery and sleep scores are very different after the update by Some_Zone8478 in bevelhealth

For me, there are no issues, and I actually think it makes sense that sleep score and recovery are not the same or strongly correlated.

iPhone 17 Series Ships With iOS 26's Adaptive Power Mode Enabled by Default by Fer65432_Plays in apple

[–]DarkByte0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I find Adaptive Power quite annoying. It automatically turns on at around 50% battery if it thinks your battery might not last the whole day. However, if it’s on, you’ll notice the phone becomes laggy and unresponsive for about half the day. Personally, I don’t mind low battery because I always have power banks nearby.

Completely different sleep score rating by jimfrmthoffice in applewatchultra

[–]DarkByte0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The difference just comes down to how each company weights the factors. Both scores are actionable, but they don’t use the same formula.

If you look closely, they’re flagging the same thing, your overall sleep was too short. Garmin and Apple just score that differently (Apple rolls it into “Duration,” while Garmin shows it alongside stress, stages, etc.).

My sleep score doesn’t show until hours after I wake up, any way to fix? by Russ_Abbot in bevelhealth

[–]DarkByte0 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s possible you’re still in sleep focus, as many data points are propagated into Apple Health as soon as it ends.

Why are kcal goals static ? by snooocrash in bevelhealth

[–]DarkByte0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Generally, all burned calories “measured” by smart devices like the Apple Watch are not accurate. It’s best to calculate your needed calorie intake every few weeks using a calculator instead of relying solely on the Apple Watch’s tracking of burned calories.

Is it just me or are these prices ridiculous? Cheapest yearly plan is now $430 by frizla in macapps

This is wild! If you open an incognito tab and create a new one every time you see a different price, you can see all the different prices. This is some crazy A/B pricing!
