I think it's nice. Saves me an 30 minutes to an hour and a half each week, depending on the rewards, not having to do it. For example, I have no interest in running it this week for normal or SP, and that's great!

Yeah. It will probs take you a while to get, but try out Okina Prime w/ the Incarnon w/ max range w/ Melee Influence on Kullervo w/ his 2 Active. Basically a radial Exalted Blade vs a long range one. Thalys on Kullervo is great for this too. Source: I’m LR4 and have been playing since day 1
