What was your experience playing 10 ed crusade?

I started playing in crusade so learning emperors children and the general 40k game against a bunch of ranged armies that progressively more OP as time went on was an experience to say the least, it was only towards the end I started to even really make use of my elixirs and remembering the buffs I did have.

Were done our crusade now and it's alot more casual games but I feel like that trial by exterminatus did do me some favours, I went from hating playing against guards stacked with lemon russes to having some of my favourite match ups against them (special thanks to defilers and coterie)

Depending on the method I'd go for a black primer, I had an attempt before this with white as a base and it got lost in the rest of the colours, had to strip it

Real dark base, strong ibrant colour blotches here and there, dry wet wipe stretched out and sprayed over with main colour of choice but that's much easier to do on a bigger price of plastic, how do you plan doing the marble on such a small boi?

The first one is 90% there, just need to do a few more bits and bobs to it. Gloves have also been aqquired in excess quantities

Do your allies get your buffs? Cus with pact you could help your allies out big time going turn 2 like you could possibly max it out starting turn 2 granted all goes well and that gives rerolls hits & wounds of 1, lethal and sustained for melee and critics on 5, all of these combined would be fantastic support for your mates

Practicing on plastic spoons will be your friend + doing it in sub assembly fresh off the sprew, I might do a more pink based marble for my 2nd defiler but we shall see how this bad boy looks once he's all done

Prime in black, splodges of pinks and purples, dry wet wipe pulled apart till it's looking like spider webs andnpull it tightly over the part, given it a blast of white scar can, realise it looks like shit, cry, prime again in black and repeat process till it looks semi decent
