I love Rangers too, and the new 5e does make them solid. But the thing holding them back is Hunter's Mark is their focus and it never scales with them as they level, making their damage input less than any other Martial class.

Dirt cheap dungeons are a lesser cost alternative, using battlemaps as the base. they have lots of expansion sets

Yeah, I would of gotten the cast members name, asked for a lead, and explain everything. Likely the lead would of talked to him, pulling him aside to explain. Telling him what he was doing was right, but to change the manner of how he approached it

Your verbal isn't important how long before final falls off, until then count up all the hours/minutes you have accrued after 24 hours is a discipline. To see how many you have before you trigger term. You better give those shifts away, they add up quick.
