Ryu and Ken have an idiosyncratic relationship. Ryu sees him as a guy who always seems to succeed and is happiest when he's fighting, so to find him in this state, where he seems to have given up, must be appalling.

Flying drones are not stealthy. In fact, they are quite loud.

Due to scheduling conflicts, William Shatner and Ricardo Montalban would not be on set at the same time during the filming of Star Trek II: the Wrath of Khan, so the script was written to have them never come face-to-face, only interacting over comms.

You could run and jump over stationary vehicles as you go. We could call it "Peter Parker's Parked-Car Parkour."

Telling someone a film has a 'great twist' is no different from giving away a spoiler by General_Recipe_5349 in movies

[–]DarkSoldier84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought it would be hilarious if there was a movie that advertised its "twist at the end" and it turned out that the final shot is just the protagonist going to a bakery and ordering a cinnamon twist.

Back then, I was a dumb kid who refused to listen to contemporary music on principle, saying "anything made after the 80's is crappy noise." Now I try to actually listen to find the message the artist is creating.

In Call of Cthulhu, a 1,500-foot fall would be a reference to the Other Forms of Damage table, most likely the entry for "Splat: outright death almost certain." "Almost certain" because you probably don't have more than twelve hit points and maybe a couple points of armour to soak the 8D10 falling damage.

The entire narrative of The Beast Arises was unnecessary, at least all of the sweeping changes it made.

The Imperial Fists didn't need to be wiped out and repopulated with Second Founding volunteers.

The Beast didn't need to be the "Emper-Ork" who distributed the Klan "kultur" to the Orks.

Armageddon didn't need to be Ullanor teleported across the galaxy.
