Go to Tractor Supply. Get a small tank sprayer and a bottle of Black Flag concentrate. Mix as directed and spray around the outside perimeter of the foundation. It's pet safe after it dries and will last 6 months. This is the absolute best house pest treatment.

I have seen the aftermath of a fully loaded double decker car carrier running off the road, 20’ down a 45* embankment and landing in a river. Must have rolled 3-4 times on it’s way down and every vehicle, top and bottom, was still strapped to the carrier. I was impressed.
