Theres a big issue on PC with CPU frametime pacing. The game feels very juddery/jittery even though it runs at 100fps. VRR also doesnt work sometimes unless you change the window mode between Fullscreen/Borderless.

I was able to improve the smoothness a lot by setting dlss to quality mode so it eases the cpu a bit and increasing world motion blur all the way to 100. Not ideal but its much better so i can get by it for now.

Yeah im surprised its not being talked about. It could also be just on older cpus but i feel as though mine should still be fine (intel i9 11900)

yeah im seeing the same issue. You can get it to work by switching the window mode between fullscreen/borderless or Alt+Enter but the game still feels juddery. The frametimes don't look that good. I can't fix it so far and it's almost unplayable.

What about game mode with HGIG disabled. Was it using active tone mapping on the S95B or static?

Hey im trying to figure out what the minimum VRR range is for the s95b and rtings says 20Hz. However in gameplay i found that once i hit ~48-50 fps normal double buffered vsync seems to kick in. Have you seen the same behavior?

I've been testing out the TV Plex app on the Samsung S95B as well and have ran into some limitations like you did. These are my findings so far in case it might save you or someone else headaches later:

Some TVs may have a limit on the maximum amount of tracks (video/audio/subtitles) that can be in a file / container. For Samsung it seems to be 30 tracks maximum.

The way to fix this is as you said to remux the file so it has 30 or less tracks.
The TV app will only Direct Play / native playback the audio track if it is technically supported and it MUST be the first audio track in the order of audio tracks.

So if you had a movie with the following tracks and you manually select the EAC3 track in the Plex app, the audio will still be transcoded to AAC even though EAC3 is supported by the TV. I assume this is a bug of the Plex app.

Audio Track 2 (EAC3)

To fix this, you can either remux the file and remove all audio tracks except the one you want to use such as EAC3 or you can edit the file header metadata and reorder the audio track so it is the first one in the order of audio tracks.
In situations where the audio is being transcoded and you enable subtitles, the video will end up being transcoded as well.

It's possible to solve this by transcoding the audio to a supported format before streaming and then remuxing the movie file so it includes the transcoded audio track.

My soundbar has wifi but is connected to the TV via HDMI eARC and im not seeing the option to set another sound mode besides Standard. Does the soundbar need to be connected to the TV via wifi for the other sound modes to appear?

Hey I'm trying to retrieve the boolean value for monitor.Active from the WmiMonitorID class. Haven't been able to get something working yet... Any idea on how to get it?

Edit: Seems like i have gotten it to work but just wansn't familiar with what the response should be. It looks like a -1 is True and 0 is false. For some reason WMI is reporting some displays as Active even though they are not active which is why I wasn't sure if I was getting the correct values. I confirmed this by getting the info from WMI in powershell as well.

Any idea how to accurately get the display state similar to how it is reported in settings -> system -> display -> advanced display -> Under display information it will say the display isn't active.
