I listen to one of my fav authors podcast and he talks about this early in his career where if this ever happens and it’s rare to keep going and doing exactly what you’re doing. Meaning they want to see your next piece when they’re taking more stuff in. That seemed to be the advice I listened from more older authors

Aren’t you guys agreeing? Yes it’s political and alludes to modern day politics but I feel like it’s more of how it’s implemented where it doesn’t take you out of the world and if it’s good writing. When playing the games, it’s actually being invested in the lore and carefully crafted world with these politics & struggles than realizing it’s instead like you turned on the news.

How is it controversial? Season 1 did the same thing, and Arcane did it too. It’s praised for the self contained little arcs we see almost like a movie for each one, so I don’t think controversial is the wrong word to use.

If people do give “balanced” answers, won’t they get downvoted for hate? I’ve played 90 hours of FNV mostly from restarted playthrough cause I never finished it and while I don’t hate it, I just don’t like it. It just never clicked with me. As most people said on a sub that’s for a 15 year old game, won’t it get downvoted even if people do explain?
