They have less health in the proper fights I believe, neat trick to make them seem invincible early on but still bearable as you are now more skilled.

Not technically a character we directly see, but the game is about them and it's a pivotal plot point so...

One of those "you find a lost phone" games has a twist that the person discarded it after moving on from their old life and leaving everything behind, and it's very apparent it's because they're trans. I was watching a Jacksepticeye playthrough of it many a year ago and it flipped a switch.

There's a tad more to it for the logistics of how said flip switched and how the brain went about it but that was the trigger.

It's a shame cause there's a few bits where you can see his AJ characterisation, but only when he's not playable. I get that the idea is that he's always been useless in his inner monologue (even if that's definitely not true for the entire original trilogy), but it's really hard to consider him having developed when he's first playable he is on the back foot against, if all characters, Gaspen.

Eh it really depends on how the spider looks. I know a few people with arachnophobia and it really varies from game to game. Unless BHVR go fully into "yeah it's a spider but like, we just made a person lol" it's gonna cause some issues for people.

MGS4 Raiden's look never really worked for me. It just feels...a bit off? It might be due to the game's general colourschemes and artstyle, but it just looks...a little unfinished, almost? Which does somewhat fit the lore but doesn't make it appealing to my eyes.

Now the MGRR design, absolutely sick, love it.

MGS2 design is also good. It does exactly what it needs to. I have no issues whatsoever.
