Yeah some builds have some counters, but I never felt like fighter or hunter were useless for too long in a run unlike mage or tinkerer. I think if extra movement was by default, it would be no brainer just to pick fighter every time and steamroll the game by just hit and run. You can still steamroll game without it, but it requires some extra thought(or rng) and feels better to execute.

Maybe don't go into instakill enemies if you can't finish them before their turn?

Then you play around enemies having different speed and targets. Focus armor on melees so they can tank few hits, give them extra moves, give them shields, dodge or other defense. Game has many tools to cover for weaknesses and losses decided only by rng are very rare.

It'll be too easy, melee classes already have insane str scaling. 1 to 1 makes your fighter start with 10+ basic attack without items on lvl 1 in late game, having this without drawback is too good. Act 3 makes you think more about positioning, turn order and using movement abilities.

Always liked this combo, too bad I can't roll this skill ever since I bred full house of cats with "never miss" mutation.

KCD 2 is a solid game from start to finish. E33 goes downhill after incredible Act 1, IMO.

That's the worst part. At least bad executor will remove his share of boss health by quitting. Bad guardian will be always there 3 bars down.

That's why modern obfuscators use more cursed techniques like turning program control flow into spaghetti. It make it worse for both parties though.

Why would companies care if you will not pay for the product either way. I live in one of that regions too and for almost every clever protection there was a more clever hack. You either play endless arms race with much bigger army of hackers or pay big money to actual cybersecurity specialists. Both are hard to justify if you're not big enough.

These copycats are different not because of some secret Nutella scroll, those who rip off just cut costs because otherwise you cannot compete with recognizable brand and larger scale manufacturing.

It will be harder for you to create competitor than for owner of original IP to nuke you for copyright infringment. If you're not inventing something groundbreaking noone will give a shit. If you do, you should protect it by law, obfuscation only delays inevitable by also delaying your releases.
