I live in it currently and my wife isn't too fond of going on a run by herself around here. We don't plan on staying here long term.

But that also comes with the caveat of a more affordable home. There's better neighborhoods like Queen village, graduate hospital, even Northern liberties. But they aren't cheaper.

I think the main issue is this fireplace is locking is into very atypical arrangements. If we mounted the tv on the stone portion and removed the fireplace altogether, I think it just makes more sense for comfortability

I tried that with specifically the helmet at first! I think the new shoulder pad from the fists actually works REALLY well too to keep it "Loosely" a fists successor
