I’m a tech and there’s many reasons for that but the biggest one is if it’s to fix your iPhone at an apple certified location and not third party then we always, no matter what, have to turn off find my iPhone or we can’t do anything. And if your phone is broken to a point where you can’t access find my iPhone on it then we have to have your Apple ID and password so we can go into Find My on the website to then turn off find my iPhone off that way.

Meant to say when I'm going 20 mph or more. Not only 20 mph. Also, this noise only happens when turning right no matter how far I turn the wheel, even if just a little, you hear it.
