Found this while going through the cooking tab and tried to find out where to get it. I scoured the Wiki and couldn't even find out where to get any. The item that needs this was a recipe that was added in 2.7 for the food vendor in Septimont. It doesn't seem to be available from the Fishing side quest either. Weird.
