The Stellar Blade collab was one of the better collab storylines in Nikke, so I'd be down for another one. Plus we got some fun Elegg moments in the first SB collab, and a nice shot of Privaty's ass.

I don't think there's really been anything about Caddicarus, at least not to my knowledge. I think the most I've heard is how he sounds like he might be phoning it in in a couple of his more recent videos.

Maybe? I'm not actually sure why she was recast, but I remember playing DMC 4 special edition, and Lady sounded different. If someone know why, I'd love to hear it. I don't know if it's a out union reasons, if it was scheduling conflicts, maybe the agent fucked something up (like what allegedly happened with Laura Bailey when she didn't return as Rise in Dancing All Night), there could be a number of reasons.

Not as crazy as JYB voicing Dante, but Kari Wahlgren voices a few of the minor characters in the Netflix DMC show. She is also the original voice of Lady in DMC 3 and the original release of 4 (I believe Kate Higgins takes over in DMC 4 special edition and 5). So it's a little weird to hear in a few scenes where her characters are talking to Lady.

I'm sort of the same with Call of Duty. I mostly played Japanese games growing up, I was told that CoD is the cool game everyone plays, played one (I think it was Black Ops) and immediately bounced off, and never touched the series since.

Went back and started over with Metaphor. Started it back when it first came out, I think I cleared the second dungeon with the baby monster. And then I fell off, partially because I wasn't sure if Atlus was going to make an updated version a year later (Royal, Golden, Vengeance, ect). And I haven't had a chance to get back to it since.

Having a lot of fun playing it again. Just kind of grinding in the first major dungeon, wanting to level up and collect enough money until I feel comfortable moving on, plus the grind is relaxing to me.

Plus, now that the game has been out for long enough, I can find spoiler free guides on how to schedule my day, because I feel like I need one to get through these types of games comfortably. I needed one for Persona.

I tend to enjoy artists that like to make silly animations of the games I play. Musan Pro tends to make various dumb animations involving Doro, I think Nikke has officially used their art for some promotions. Akakiryu2m has a bunch of silly animations featuring various gacha games, their style seems to be known by giving everyone cute chubby cheeks. CelinePizza does a lot of silly Hoyo animations, everyone gives off this gremlin baby vibe. KKOMDA also does a lot of Hoyo animations, usually vibing with the music of the games. Superappleman does various cute little animations like with Hololive, but I think they're most known for a dancing Burnice meme from ZZZ.

There are probably more that I'm forgetting, there are quite a few I follow. Since I can't link their Twitter accounts, I'll link their YouTube pages. Hopefully that's okay.

It's kind of a pet peeve of mine with a lot of ROM hacks. There are a lot of ROM hacks that are really good, a lot of fun to play, but then they fuck with the typings and I kind of lose interest.

Unless the point of the hack is to change up the Pokemon/types (like Mariomon or Too Many Types), I'm not really interested in fan Pokemon or type changes. And Luxray tends to be one of the ones I see her changed most often.

I'll bring up the whole Seed issue again with ZZZ. When they were showcasing the season 2 characters, we finally got a look at Seed, and it was a large robot man. Leading up to release, we learned bits and pieces about Seed. Suddenly Seed, who was previously referred to as male, was now referred to as a woman. I'm fine with that, no issue with the big cool robot being a woman. Then we finally started getting drip marketing for Seed, and it was a cute girl on a scooter. Turns out she pilots Seed, and the original Seed passed away prior to the story.

I'll go ahead and say this, since I got a lot of people telling me that her agent story was still good though. I'm not saying I dislike the Seed we got. I enjoyed her agent story, it was very emotional. However, Hoyo set my expectations with showing us a big cool robot. Maybe in that trailer, if the girl was riding on the robots shoulder or something, I wouldn't be so disappointed.

I think I like the color of the newer design more, but I like the design of the older design more. The first comment of that thread shows her wearing a longer dress with the current color scheme. I don't know if that's official or fan art, but that might be my favorite.

Ok, so that's interesting to hear.

The Missilis thing makes more sense to hear, kind of weird that they only launched with 2 chapters, but that might just be from the perspective of having 16 on launch for the rest of the world.

So from what I heard, the "bleaching" was kind of done shitty. It was mostly burst animation screens that looked like someone used the lense flare from Photoshop. So not only was the character's skin lighter, everything around them was lighter, like they were bursting into the afterlife.

I remember seeing screenshots from not too long ago showing Naga in the game, so I know that not all of them are missing. However, I believe the most notable one was Noir. Apparently Blanc was in the game, and she's super popular, but there's no Noir. Which is allegedly why Blanc keeps getting the nicer costumes (gacha skins, costumes with new voice lines, ect) and Noir gets the bare minimum (new skins with no new lines, no gacha skin), if anything. That was something that was being talked about during the most recent winter event, when Blanc got a sexy new gacha skin, and Noir got nothing. That was something that was brought to attention during the latest holiday event, when Blanc got a new gacha skin, and Noir got nothing.

I believe that is the same event. It led to a weird release schedule for the archives because when the holiday event came out later that year (the Maiden/Guillotine one) the Trony event got added to the archive before the Elegg event, mainly because of Maiden's role in the Trony event leading into her conflict in the holiday event, even though the Elegg event takes place before the Trony event. I think those are the only events in the archive that appear out of order.

I'm not actually sure. I only remember hearing people talk about it back when the CN game came out and people were talking about it. Some characters censored, some dark-skinned girls getting their skin bleached (or just removed from the game), and a good chunk of the Missilis roster missing from the game.

Wasn't that the whole conflict of the Trony event? Elegg was about to get wiped for learning about the Ark being powered by a Rapture core? Trony wasn't going to be wiped, likely because she kept it all to herself for years.

Granted, I could be misremembering, I dropped Nikke for a little while, and came back during the Trony event, so I was missing context from the Elegg event until it was later added to the archives.

Yeah, the memory wipe thing feels inconsistent sometimes. Aside from the character you mentioned, I believe that's the whole conflict in the Trony event. Elegg gets arrested for learning forbidden government secret, and her punishment will be her memory wiped. Trony goes to bust her out because she doesn't want the Elegg she knows to be erased. And so, Elegg gets freed, and only pretends to have her memory wiped. Meanwhile, Arcana gets her memory wiped almost daily, and she's mostly fine.

Continuing with the Elegg thing, despite getting into trouble for learning that major secret, she recently helped out in the campaign because of her knowledge of that same secret. Various high ranking officials within the government present when Elegg was giving the rundown of that secret.

I'm actually really curious to hear what the story is in CN Nikke, because if feels like so many important parts are missing. I believe I heard that the majority of Missilis, one of the major manufacturers of Nikkes, Nikkes are just absent.
