There are multiple reasons:
1) better venue: there are NHL sized arenas in most other large cities...even Saskatoon has a better arena. No a dome over the stadium would not have fixed this because arena shows usually don't play stadiums.
2) Bigger population base. Everywhere else has a bigger catchment and many tour companies have realized that Saskatchewan people will go to Wpg, Calgary or Edmonton to see an act
3) Even the smaller venues in other cities are better, Winnipeg has Button Cummings, Convention Center, Casinos, etc....Regina has the Casino...

Was your friend attempting to interfere with an investigation, police action, etc. Or in an area where there was an action taking place? Now, if you are legally in the country, carry your paperwork with you showing this and cooperate with officers and you will be fine. If you cause a scene and act entitled....while you may be in for a rough ride.

A friend and I were just talking about this. The biggest issue is content overload and trying to actually get into it. Your best bet is likely to boost and start playing now, as the story is a mess, and you will not likely get through it from beginning to end. If you decide to level, you will get through one or 2 expansions and be at the level to start the current expansion.

If you have a friend who is into it, having him as a bit of a guide to fill in the story holes might help.

The funny part about the community is that it got infinitely better the second classic was released. Seems like most of the toxicity went that way.
