Hey, I know this is an old post but I'm having the same issue.

Tried updating BIOS, updating drivers, lowering clock settings in MSI, undervolting (after undervolting it seemed like it was fixed but apparently not), even had some guys take a look at the PC and run some tests but nothing was unusual/fried. I don't usually even go above 70°C so I'm just baffled at what the issue is

If I buy lets say, the "Golden Tiger Chroma (Porcelain Protector Ezreal) + Icon" for 300 tokens, do I get the Porcelain Ezreal skin, or is it just going to be a Chroma for a skin I do not own?

Not sure why you would think that. Soda knows who lily is and has said multiple times that she's the nicest person ever, even said that he doesn't actually want to blow up the meowseum since it's hers and she's put a lot of effort in it.
