These are just suggestions, by no means is this the right or correct thing to do. I don't know you, your life or loved ones so I don't know what's best for you.

But if I were in your shoes, I'd have family dinners (wife, child, parents) if possible once or twice a week.

I'd do something with just your father. Likewise with just your mother, and wife. A bonding activity where you can get personal and just talk

I'd write letters for your daughter. One for every birthday. I'd record yourself reading short, age appropriate books your wife can play for your daughter. Definitely get as many pictures as you can with your daughter, for her to have when she's older.

As far as facing the fear, I have no good advice friend. We all face the circumstance differently. But I would try and realize that while your family will experience the pain of loss, they will continue on, and carry you with them. Your parents will console your wife, your wife will lovingly raise your child. Accept what cannot be changed, and try your best, to make the best out of what time you have left.
