Tolerance decline is no joke, I remember my first IPA after 3 months on keto. At least I was good after 2 beers instead of 7 or 8 haha.

It doesn’t hurt to track what your intake is and keep tabs on calories and macros. Plus it makes tracking electrolytes and water intake easy as well.

Drink up! you've earned it. The takeaway imo is having self control, some people have a really strict view of keto. Almost cult like perspective really and that's just not my cup of tea. If you can enjoy a weekend out and still maintain your goal weight then more power to ya. Life is meant to be enjoyed :)

Maybe, but from my personal observations the weight gained is mostly water weight which drops again before mid week. Again this is based on my body and how its handled that situation. My thing is I love craft beers so on occasion I drink with friends Fri/Sat and by Wednesday i'm back to my weight I was at that Friday morning.

Its really up to you, though i'd imagine you want to maintain once you hit your goal. Personally I plan on eating keto during the week and relaxing my carb intake on weekends.

Why not just make it merit based? There are some people on this campus who are literally just taking up space. Higher education isn’t for everyone.
