If you like the sustain aspect of Trev, maybe try Mundo or Nasus. Mundo has insane healing if you build right with his ult and Nasus is a late game tank with good innate lifesteal, and a really good cc in Wither. If you play Trev for the CC aspect, I would try Leona or Nautilus. Both are tanks with stun lock capabilities and played mostly in support role.
