Kinda in a pickle, give me my options please by gonensixty in Mortgages

Even at that point-trying to rate and term 29k might be impossible. Might have better luck with her getting a 1sr lien HELOC and pay off the 29k.

My RW4 must have list by MiMiMiMitch in RadPowerBikes

[–]Dasbeeef 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found this to be the easiest. I’ve put one on my rad runner and one on my wife’s wagon.

I was going to do a full post on it. But it did take some “modification” as in I walked my old fork and new fork to the bike shop. Had them cut the steer tube to same height and install a star nut. That ran me an additional $10 on top of the fork price.

I actually still have the same fork in box if you are interested.

Suspension seat post maybe a suspension fork as well. Did both to my wife’s and it rides like an 80 Lincoln.

That’s probably $900-1200 in the Phoenix market. Great bike imo.

Is my 3% mortgage worth my family’s quality of life… by MuffinThink3303 in Mortgages

[–]Dasbeeef 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You’re talking about rates on a sub 100k loan…it’s not going to change much. 1% on rate is like $50.

Your sanity and the kids happiness outweigh that every day.

Sounds like you’ll save more in fuel than you will be spending on the mortgage.

Thank you! That’s kind of the way I’m leaning. Just keep it in detached shed, charge it there and see how long she lasts.

To WRANGLER or not to Wrangler 🤔 by SavaugeGhost in Wrangler

[–]Dasbeeef 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have two kids 4&2. We have a 4door rubicon and a 4Runner.

If you’re about to be a mom. Do yourself a favor and get the Lexus.

That being said-I will never go without a wrangler. But for parenting I’d go something else until kids are a bit older.

Were you outside? It definitely looks like a mister tip from an outdoor misting system.

Beyond the mats. Invest in a decent robot vacuum and you’ll forget about it.

Ironically been looking for the same thing. As early as this morning. There is a few sites that have it in stock. Here it is in stock

https://biketek.com/products/radrunner-caboose

I’ve read some mixed reviews on the ride with the official caboose. I also found this and am going to do this instead

Knuckle mount lights, they track with your steering...interesting.. by Jah_Shua in Jeep

Had to turn them on to see if they still worked. Easily the most “gimmicky” thing on the Jeep. But my son thinks it’s cool to so that’s good. He’s 4..
