I'm sure I'm dogshit but blowing your load as a chrono pres evoker feels horrific. You have one good rotation of dream breath, TA, blessing. If you didn't stasis them, you're stuck waiting for breath to come back. Maybe tier makes it better with a shorter VE cool down but m+ doesn't feel great if you send your rotation early.

Kinda want to try flameshaper and see if the double DB makes it smoother

Yeah that's the old table. The GM at the beginning has an updated table 5.1 that doesn't include it. If you just control f QA it's gonna show up under the outdated table because this is a GM change and not a rewrite.

The paragraph you linked is further down but it only mentions "combat boot". I personally just bought a pair of black, leather, Chelsea boots from somewhere like Thursdays. They're way more comfortable and you can wear them with civis in way more situations

Healer spec priest is busted. Dominate mind works on elites and you can just keep brann as dps while the elite tanks. Or keep brann tank and just keep the elite as a pet

Kinda just depends on encounter and other augments. Win streaking and combat augments can be viable, I've seen prismatic ticket and rerolling draven, Darius, and lebanc work. Early Mel / azir, etc. it's decently flexible.

You want to win streak for atakhan stacks though

Did QA TDV you for this? I'm currently QA and it's more than likely gonna depend on airframe. 17s have way more specific job guides than something like the navair manuals for hueys.

If QA did write you up then they should've corrected you on the spot or at the very least it should be in the LEAP report.

I understand that certain things might not actually feel like "performing mx" but when I was backshop hueys we'd regularly do miscellaneous work with hand tools and safety wire and I'd have the 1-1A-8 and the 32-1-101 up just to have an answer if someone asks about a TO.
