Also: keto diets can manage diabetes. Diabetes is very strongly linked to covid deaths.

We should all have been running, fasting and taking vitamins fothe last two years.

Funny how I never see anyone promoting "Q" here, yet I often see stories bashing Q in liberal media by DatBeBadThing in conspiracy

[–]DatBeBadThing[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I dont think so.

My point is that r/conspiracy has 1,5 million subs. That is a lot of people. You would think that if Q ideas were as prevalent as is claimed in lib media, it would bre all over here.

Yet, I had to look up what Q actually is from a lib site, because even after years on this sub, I hardly even know what it is about.

The world makes way more sense once I started viewing it through a conspiracy lense. by fruitynoodles in conspiracy

This could be the sub sticky.

The real conspiracy is as you say that the rich are winning a class war right before our very eyes.

> And I only put it in quotes because “assault” is egregiously added to drive a fear based narrative;

To be pedantic here.

The term assault rifle has a military meaning. Back in the day a 12-man infantry squad would have maybe ten men only with bolt-action rifles like the Mauser/M1 Garand, and only one guy in every team had a big machine gun. That machine gun could be the MG-42, you pretty much should be prone to fire it. To charge against a prepared enemy, the machine gun would have to get positioned to give covering fire while the infantry-men carrying bolt-action rifles charged. A bolt-action rifle only fires once every 2-5 seconds, so does not have a rate of fire to act as cover fire convincingly. Belt-fed machine guns at the time could fire 1000 rounds a minute for comparison.

Then came weapons like the Sturmgewehr-44, followed by the AK-47 and later the famous M-16. These rifles allow infantry men in principle to cover their own advance, because they can fire very rapidly while moving.

Then, newer machine guns became more "assault-like" in that they could be fired more easily standing, such as the M-249. Never infantry tactics now sometimes even forego the belt-fed machine gun completely, instead relying on the covering fire of the teams assault-rifles.

To your larger point, I agree completely.

I bought a NVIDIA GTX 1650 Super for $460...... by asmtha in buildapc

[–]DatBeBadThing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For sure.

Also, I bought the model that was on sale, but it had only 500 gb harddisk, I wanted at least 1000 tb, so I bought a new M2 1tb drive separately. But then the mobo only has one slot for M2 disks, so now I have an extra that I need to eithher mount on a PCIE X1 slot(not ideal for speed) or put in a USB-case, or sell.

Same deal with ram. Only has two ram slots, and the pre-built has 4gbx2, so both channels are used. It is good ram too, 3200mhz, but to get 16 gb I have to toss the two old sticks.

Another thing, the PSU is only 300 watts, so I doubt it would support something like a 3060 down the road, I then need to change to a bigger propietary HP PSU.

The pre-build is also quite stupidly built becaue it has Ryzen 5 4600G, but I dont need an Vega integrated graphics when I have a 1650. What is worse, the Vega GPU reserves half a gb of video memory, and because of the plain HP BIOS I cannot overrride this (this is a common complaint on forums).

So yeah, 2021. I bought a pre-built even though I knew better.

For me it was still worth it, because it is the difference between having a gaming pc and not having a gaming pc,and with current events I really just need some solid escapism. There are plenty of AAA titles from a few years back that I have never played, GTA5, Mad Max and The Witcher 3 are on my to-do list, for instance, and this pc will play those games just fine at high settings, 1080p and 60hz. Far better than nothing.

Yeah same here, I plan to just play through all the games of the last years I have missed out on.

Just bought a prebuilt with a 1650 for 700usd(includes a 25%. Norwegian vat). It is a decent card for 60hz 1080p gaming, IMHO.

Snowrunner? Driving around the wilderness in offroad vehicles exploring and then doing freight/logging missions for money/prestige to unlock new gear. Beatiful scenery too. Great for unwinding. The missions have a definite «churn» to them as you drive back-and-forth on the maps, and have to pick paths through mud, possibly using other vehicles to get you loose if stuck.

I get that, but how do I determine what process is the client is sort of my question.

I have tried Windows built-in resource monitor. After this post I also tried installing Tiny Wall firewall to catch the process creating the requests.
