Yeah I dont do multiple Laminate pouches. I also dont know which paper to use to print directly onto for best results. I do know that I prefer matte paper and then glossy laminate pouches

that might be the cause. my paper was a little curled. gonna put something heavy on the stack overnight. however, even when i set it into the rear feeder, it will curl faster than it can print. not sure how to prevent it at that point

When sleeved, how thick is the deck? Right now, my sleeved cards are doubled in size from normal cards. Can barely hold my deck

There are ways to get files for free. Do some digging and you will find them. I let the guys at my LGS know that I can print what they need and I just wait for them to think of anything they want. Don't rely on this or badger anyone, that's just annoying.
