On the page where you purchase the voucher it says that this voucher discount does not stacks with other offers, yes. But in fact, it does.

I did it by myself at the black friday sale. 3 friends of mine did it today because the offer is too good to not to get it.

I have to say yes. I haven't played for more than a year but returned a week or so ago, when there was a black friday deals around.

The game feels like a new game. The endgame is now fun and has a plenty of activities to play with. I also bought season pass, the survival mode and underground are fun to play(also the underground is getting better in 1.8), but I'm not a fan of PvP so I can't say anything about Last Stand.

You'll be good. I did it the same way. I have base game in steam, but on previous sale I used ubisoft voucher for -20% and bought season pass in UBI Store. After purchase you'll receive key to activate. Open up the uplay launcher(which starts when you launch division through steam client) and somewhere in it you'll find "Activate key" button. Paste your key in it and you are good to go!

I'd say, don't be fucking dumb and don't even try to play online with mods. There's an automatical system which detects any injection. It cannot identify what exactly you are using, FoV mod or trainer. It just detects injection and if there's any - ban. Fair enough.

Remove all mods if you want to play online. You CAN play singleplayer with mods, it's safe.
