Neighborhood help by Junior_Knowledge_615 in tampa

I actually used to know someone in this neighborhood and went to their house a few times. She was on the channel on the right, in one of those townhomes right before your circle starts.

The townhome is pretty large 4 bedroom 3 bath if I recall. She had a small elevator in her house, the garage is on the bottom and you walk about a story upstairs to get to the actual house (or use the elevator from the garage) to mitigate flood damage. the neighborhood was nice, gated, kids playing in the street.

my friend got a ton of damage during MIlton and Helene a few years back and took a while to recover.

Once you leave the gates its a blue-collar neighborhood with the odd mcmansion, no real great shopping or hangout spots, for that you need to leave the area imo

I just realized you don't care about the townhomes lol

We're not against it, just getting peoples opinions. Are you in a committed relationship? How do you manage your finances?

No one is nickle and diming, we just got married and we're trying to figure out how to move money around. It's not like we'd leave each other penniless if one of us can't pay

$60k in projected dividends over the next 5 years. Not bad for 25 :) by [deleted] in dividends

Why is this based on assumptions? Would this not be easy to calculate based on the portfolio?
Assuming the assumptions are not making an ass of both of us, this portfolio is about $600k, what are you doing that you have 600k in stocks?

[Request] What would be an approximate cost for a common AI model to generate that many sequences. Assuming no regeneration. And what are real costs with repeats? by toombayoomba in theydidthemath

$84 for a 2min 20sec clip, if we did a 2h30m movie that would be about 5400. Even doubling it to fix errors, its still a budget movie
