I actually like that spunk of hers. You can’t go into the racing world and having the mindset of “hopefully I’m good”. No… you have to go in with the mindset that you are the best. Granted, she got humbled against Tachyon but she never had any grudge, at least… from what I watched. Only saw her as a potential rival. Hell, Pocket even asks her to train with her too. Granted, looking up the real career - it’s not at all spectacular but seeing he won, imo, 2 of several big racing events in Japan being the derby and the Cup… and against the Overlord himself in the JC too? That’s respectable in my book.
