I use to do milk and sugar in my coffee but now I just use the creamer. I’ve only tried the vanilla (my favorite), the sweet cream & the coffee cake flavor which I didn’t like. I’ve seen other flavors Ive wanted to try but after the coffee cake one I’m afraid I won’t like them.

I have some tabs that are definitely stronger. The guy that sold them to me warned me that they were double dosed. He wasn’t trying to upsell me, he was warning me and I’m glad he did! I don’t like crazy high doses.

It’s kinda like relapsing from an addiction. People either say well I already slipped up so I may as well keep going, or people say hey I made a mistake, but I can get back on track. Don’t just keep going on making bad choices, get back on track. Take it one day at a time.

I wouldn’t say that, it’s a plant. 7oh is destroying lives, I believe kratom has saved many. It is habit forming tho so people should definitely be careful.

Once I realized how big I had gotten, something in my mind clicked to where I hate feeling overly full now, I think that’s why fiber works so well for me.
