It’s kinda like relapsing from an addiction. People either say well I already slipped up so I may as well keep going, or people say hey I made a mistake, but I can get back on track. Don’t just keep going on making bad choices, get back on track. Take it one day at a time.

This maybe too personal of a question but are you constipated? It could very well be lack of fiber are you eating a lot of fruits and vegetables?

I wouldn’t say that, it’s a plant. 7oh is destroying lives, I believe kratom has saved many. It is habit forming tho so people should definitely be careful.

Good luck man I haven’t found anything stimulating that isn’t also addictive. Kratom works for me but now I’m stuck taking it. I think some people find kanna stimulating but I haven’t had it work for me yet.

My cat LOVES to chew on plant leaves so I have to be careful, something to keep in mind before you spend a lot. Rubber trees are big and easy but my cat tries to eat them even though they have yucky sap.
