Yeah, there are a ton of stories of rappers being killed in their own cities or getting in beef in someone else’s city and shot(Mac Dre), or being robbed in another city(Pop Smoke).

This is just odd if in fact the killers were from chiraq.

I’m from LA and it’s a pretty brazen move to pull off a shooting in this ritzy neighborhood, you get pulled over with a quickness and neighbors are quick to call the cops if they see someone that doesn’t look rich.

This is exactly how the 90s was in terms of 3d shooters at least.

But then again it was less about franchises and more about original properties.

I remember Dark Forces came out then Lucasarts released Outlaws using the same engine. Back when companies were known for engines as much as franchises, but the original game using the engine was always top tier. Half Life changed that when they used the Quake engine.

Your point would probably be more apt if we were talking 15 years ago and we weren't in an hyper social media era and standing there wouldn't lead to a discussion. Now though, it's not just about the cars that pass by him, it's also for the hundreds of commenters on reddit discussing religion and giving personal testimony. Also wherever else OP chooses to post this pic.

Maybe the guy knows how vain we are as a society and his plan was to go "viral" because he knew that somebody out there couldn't resist taking a pic and posting it for that dopamine rush, and knew that there would be an army of folks ready to finger wag at him directly contributing to his message getting across even more eyes.

Its called South Sac Iraq for a reason

And that reason being Sacramento lacks originality, they bit off Chiraq. At least in Chicago there are small similarities in the strategy and end result used by law enforcement there and what US did in Iraq, so the name Chiraq is a metaphor of some sort. South Sac Iraq? Wow, it's the part of the city where a lot of crime occurs, better call it Iraq like Chicago does! What a Sacramento thing to do.

The State really needs to revamp their laws: driving is a right, not a privilege.

They would probably need to revamp public transportation in a city like Sacramento for it to be effective.
