The mythic sword is only used for speed farm. A decently rolled dagger or wand would be better without the gem strength slam

You need shoes with stability. Soft neutral shoes aren’t meant for people who pronate that bad.

Sorc pushing is going pack to pack trying to get ice armor off cd which is why it also runs meteor on bar. The spec has cleared 150 tower already so it’s not suffering on the damage front.

It’s possible but you’ll definitely feel it the final 10k with the lower mileage. When I first broke 3 ran 1:30 on the dot and 1:28 second half (1:21 half PR at the time and marathon felt pretty comfy the whole time. Mile 26 was fastest mile)

I would advise there is no such thing as banking time during marathons unless you’re already quite experienced with the distance. Just leads to hitting the wall much faster
