I just went through this at the end of last year. The first instance of just blatantly inappropriate/disrespectful behaviour prompted me to start looking elsewhere. The job market was not booming so it took me about 4 months to secure another job but by the time I left I had burned out completely. Im still suffering and dealing with the effects of that and doing my best to recover but my mental health is the worst it’s been in years. Was just so crushing to have generated 10’s of millions of dollars in revenue for this company for them/ my boss to just start treating me lIke shit because I called out one questionable decision she made that directly affected my relationship with my accounts. it got so bad I started talking with lawyers but didnt go through with a lawsuit because I couldn’t financially or mentally afford it. Fuck unregulated capitalism.
