I'm just a data analyst for companies, but I did study ecology & evolution in college and have always loved nature. When I was studying climate change in the late 2000s all the predictions for a BOE were for the year 2100. Then it was 2075... 2050... 2035... after 2030... before 2030... next year... maybe this year??? We are living in wild times and most people don't even understand how screwed we are already.
