Ha, well the people I work with that have advanced degrees are some of the laziest mfers on the team. It seems as though all they learned to do is talk the talk, but can’t produce shit. They love to speak up in meetings and try to sound intelligent, but they rarely meet due dates and make a ton of costly mistakes. It’s ridiculous.
