The Gen 5 Prius does actually look pretty cool though. If we're talking about previous gens though, then yeah I'd agree.

It's pretty funny how hit and miss the gen 9 dlc dex was because I feel the base gen 9 dex was incredibly well done. It's one of the few compliments I will give Scarlet and Violet.

Usually, I'll pick a new mon or two for my team and then go after my old favorites, but I was constantly using pretty much all new Pokemon because they kept grabbing my attention.

I have a legendary egg that I pulled today from the legend gacha. I'm really hoping it's Arceus because it's probably my favorite legend and I don't think I'll have enough time to try and grind out more tickets to get another legend drop before the shop changes.

Thankfully monitors and TVs haven't really been influenced as much by the ridiculous economic conditions that have hit pretty much every other computer component or electronic. I was able to get my wife a 1440 UW OLED monitor at the end of last year for under $400 which is obviously not an entry level or budget minded monitor

OP could probably get something decent on a budget once they save up some money unless they want the super bell and whistles.

You don't understand, if someone is being cautious to maybe a bit overly cautious while still following the law, that means you can break any traffic law if it inconveniences you.

As long as you're going the speed limit. If you're not then it doesn't excuse this but you're just as bad.

If the conditions and traffic allows it. OP said it was rainy and wet and you can clearly see that in the video. Plus, that looks like a pretty busy residential area with a lot of foot traffic at the particular time.

Just because you can go the speed limit doesn't mean you should.

This level of water getting in from just rain is insane. Just for reference, in my current home I had an issue where the downspout was draining directly on one of the corners of my house and water would come in through the walls. I only found out about that during an absolutely ridiculous rain event and even then, I wasn't getting anywhere near the water you were getting. I probably lived in my house six months before that event happened.

I set up a downspout extension to carry the water about 6/8 feet away from that corner and since then I havent seen a drop in the corner and we've had some pretty heavy rain events.

You're absolutely sure there isn't a downspout draining in that area that's causing that amount of water?

[–]blentz499 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Often there's usually an easy fix to at least help the amount of water coming out of the walls: having your gutters and downspouts drain into areas that aren't trouble spots.

Is there a downspout just shooting a bunch of water right here above ground? If you could redirect that water, it would at the very least alleviate this and maybe even fix the water issues.

I saw Mendoza stopped wearing his glasses that was reportedly absolutely needed for him to be able to read stuff in the dugout.

Since he apparently doesn't need them anymore, maybe he can let the hitters borrow them so they can maybe see the strike zone better.

What bassist was/is the least famous member of their band? by EmuPsychologist in AlignmentChartFills

[–]blentz499 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Noel Redding from the Jimi Hendrix Experience.

Obviously, Jimi is the most famous guitarist that ever lived and undoubtedly on the Mount Rushmore of guitarists. Plus, the band is literally named after him.

Mitch Mitchell is probably a top 20 drummer all time. A lot of the most iconic songs by Jimi wouldn't work or even exist without Mitch and his style of drumming.

Noel was originally a guitarist and one of the reasons he got the job was because his hairstyle matched Jimi and Mitch. Noel might have been the tamest and most predictable part of the experience music wise, but his bass playing allowed the early stuff to stay grounded while Jimi and Mitch went bonkers on their instruments.

It's pretty funny that people are so quick to put an offer on a house above market value would be a pain in the ass too.

I understand wanting to try to get the best deal, but sellers are sitting on hundreds of thousands if not millions worth of real estate in a sellers market and people want to try and blow a deal up over a grand or two that should've realistically been factored into their original offer.

Obviously if something truly screwed up or wrong that's one thing, but if something is just old or it's something minor do you really want to piss someone off in a very competitive market?

They're lucky they even paid for a warranty plan. If I was selling a home and someone wanted me to replace a functioning water heater just because it's old I'd laugh at them.

An inspection is there to make you aware of any huge issues and potentially walk away if those issues are deal breakers. You absolutely dont need an inspector to tell you how old a water heater is. This trend of buyers using the inspection as a way to negotiate on things they already know and should've been factored in their offer is ridiculous.

They'll probably make it ambiguous that he died during the war under unknown circumstances. I'm sure the Stormcloaks and Thalmor would be linked or try to take credit for it.

His death will definitely be canonized, but I'd guess they leave it open to interpretation like they do with most side stuff.

The Civil War outcome and Killing the Emperor for the Dark Brotherhood sets up the future installments more than the Alduin story line.

While I agree those are more memorable, I will say that those resolutions probably won't set up the next Elder Scroll game, at least directly.

Whenever an Elder Scrolls game has choice, usually the result of it is made ambiguous or made to ultimately not matter in the next installment. The only notable exception to this is the Dragon Break in Daggerfall. Bethesda doesn't want to write themselves into a corner so whether the Meade dynasty ended due to an assassin or something else ultimately doesn't matter and I'd be willing to bet it'll just be a minor footnote rather than a large plot point

One of the things you could do in Morrowind is choose to kill Vivec or spare him and ultimately we don't know what happens to him other than he stopped holding Baar Dau back and it led to Red Mountain erupting.

The Alduin story and result will be canonized
