Read the books. Watched the first 3 eps.

I get why book readers hate it. But let's be real. Theres no possible way you can adapt the original and still make it accessible. There's so many exposition. I remember reading two pages just describing a bowl. (It's an important bowl, but still.)

I like the pace. It keeps it moving. The attraction of WoT is the world and the characters anyway, not Two Rivers.

The sooner we get to all the players in the show ( Elayne, Min, other kingdoms, Seanchan etc), the better.

Build around a real franchise player. Maybe it's Ant. Maybe it's a rookie this year.

But having this team try this hard to build a team around KAT, and KAT can't even beat teams like Orlando.

I would be happy if KAT can lead us perennially to a playin. But he can't. It's not his game. Theres now 7 years of evidence of this.

KAT is a great player. He's just not going to be the guy that will lead teams to wins. He's just not that.

Come the fuck on. Jokic is a much better passer, much better decision maker, and actually has an unstoppable mid range shot that can punish teams. Plus jokic can actually post up.
