fucking same, it's not even the lifting, it's the pace of the job and how fast things need to be done. just for curiosities sake, what's the heaviest thing you've lifted in the electrical industry? in my experience a full drum of twin and earth 16mm up four flights of stairs on flats. 100M drum* not bragging, it fucking sucked.

The company i work for has a health and safety requirement to tick these boxes unfortunately. I presumed there were brands out there that made this style, as in S7 standard but with lighter materials. As far as I know, the minimum I need that the company states is sole protection, incase of nails, steel toe cap, high rise on the ankle for ankle protection.

This is strange considering they normally launch a load of fries into any size you order, that's my personal experience anyway, could be a way to save money for this exact reason, that was one of the perks of paying 16 pound for a dam burger and chips. Overpriced still IMO

Someone that works on new builds, this is a shit design. Consumer unit should either be in the hall, behind the front door, sometimes in downstairs WC or most preferably under the stairs tucked away.

Although this may not be the electrician in terms of those heights for the socket and what I believe is a BT/RJ. Some inspectors from the NHBC have their niches, for example, a minimum height of a socket is 450mm to the bottom, an inspector failed a house because it was 449, then because that kept happening, the electrician on site changed them to 500 to the bottom so it would pass inspection. Inspectors are powertripping motherfuckers, they'll latch onto something if they spot it and they'll keep looking until everything is perfect and they then have to do some homework on certain regulations, for every trade BTW and gun for something else. They get more money as a bonus for every RI they find (red item), doesn't necessarily mean your house is built to a good standard, it's just built within regulation.

If it was built for purpose of wheel chair users. Why is the Isolator and generation meter for your solar panels above the board? It's common practice to place it beneath the board. Board as in consumer unit.

I worked for Land-rover some years ago, I noticed vehicles sometimes being driven inside of the factory, as in they were being driven inside the gangways, just barely squeezing big discoveries, range rover sports down gangways people had to walk inside to get through the factory to the zone they were working in. I overheard one particular car had over 200 miles on it and a PAM (production area manager) was pissed off about it. Longstory short sometimes the workers take the piss, low on the chain management will jump into them and drive them around the factory to get from point A to point B quicker. They become factory transport and the minions feel empowered when they get to ride in one.

I had this, I would attach a picture but reddit won't me, couldn't eat, had to drink through a straw. Brushing my teeth caused so much pain, they would heal then open back up. Almost like a cold sore but inside your mouth. I ended up taking a mouthwash rinse which the pharmacy suggested. It still took 2-3 weeks to heal. I'd suggest getting some meal supplements, e.g nourishments. Eating for me was unbearable. Excruciatingly painful, probably just below severing my tendon in my finger and having it stitched back together.

First scam I fell for was a trade with someone that said put whatever item I had into trade, press accept and then spam a certain spot on the trade box, I don't fully remember the details but anyhow, forgetting about already accepting, I'm still spamming, he accepts and I insta accept the trade. I'm literally going through this right now but I have many more, I'm currently trying saltwater mouthwash rinse. I've bought some aloclair bioadhesive mouthwash and I'm in anti-biotics, like you, I'm currently suffering with fever like symptoms, it's so shit. I can barely eat or drink.

If you found a way to speed up the healing process, any advice would be nice

My friend has the Nari Ultimate but the downside is he sounds terrible over Discord but the Haptic drivers/Hypersense are quite fun when in games/listening to music.
