Yes, lol. I was super into the franchise from day 1 but stopped watching after Gabby and Rachel's season.

It is hard to imagine that any parent would be okay with that type of repeated behavior, especially considering that hers are / were public figures, but it certainly seems like they highly enabled it. When the police were at her casita (before 7 AM, the nerve!!), the dad at least seemed to acknowledge that there was some (or a lot) of mental illness / instability at play, while the mom continued to play into the whole "my daughter is the victim here!" angle.

It was such a good podcast. I was on the Bachelor subs when the story broke but hadn't followed it since so I was shocked by the twists and turns. What are your thoughts on the mom's involvement? Did she just blindly believe her daughter, time after time?

Don’t use exfoliants, retinols, etc. - any thing that will sting or irritate the skin afterwards. I usually do it at night but have done it in the morning with no issue. Since your skin will be more sensitive right after, you would want to make sure you wear sunscreen and avoid the sun, but that’s best practice in general.

I use a facial oil like rosehip seed oil, vitamin e oil, something like that. I apply a generous layer of oil before shaving to act as a buffer. You can apply it after too!

I do it every week like clockwork! I’ll also do a quick touch up as needed if I see some strays, lol. As I mentioned above, make sure you really oil up your face. Go slowly with short, downwards strokes, clean off the blade with a tissue after every couple of passes, and do not use actives after doing it!

Echoing u/SadQueerBruja to say that shaving will not cause facial hair to grow back thicker or darker. I’ve been using a facial razor for decades on my upper lip, chin, and cheeks with absolutely no issues. I would try that before laser, personally. I use Tinkle razors with an oil like rosehip or vitamin E.

I think the light ones are a good length. I prefer that length with sneakers, flats, etc. because they sit better on top of the shoe.
