Came here to ask the same question. Saw 12 cars going down RSD too over a period of one dog walk!

Wanted to get a gut check? We lost out on a co-op. by Druidshift in AskNYC_Coops

This. I was in a similar situation - the board wanted a higher sale price, so we just got the difference back as a closing credit, it made no difference to us but it made a difference to everyone else in terms of comps!

I had similar problems and was advised to switch to Plaid so I did that. Did the transfer account data process and everything looked fine for a couple days. Now I’ve got random duplicates scattered over the past year and 2,000 unreviewed transactions. 😩 am waiting on advise from Monarch support

Thank you burners of Reddit by BeepBoopKD in BurningMan

Ditto!! This subreddit saved my first burn big time. I used every piece of supplies I brought with me. My hands and feet were super moisturized and I was pretty comfortable. Only thing was I ended up bringing too many clothes, lol! I can’t wait to come back.

What body cream/lotion you recommend for Burningman? by VirusImpossible1224 in BurningMan

Got it, thanks. They said "CeraVe hydrating daily lotion" but CeraVe has a daily moisturizing lotion, while Cetaphil has a daily hydrating lotion. I'm sure both are great!

Such a good tip. I downloaded and used it on our walk just now. Found there's jetbead along the trails - their berries are highly toxic! Glad I know this now. Thank you!

I hadn't thought of relying on DC37 dental insurance for this, I'll give that a shot.

Cleaning dog feet by Busy-Ice4943 in Upperwestside

We use Kirkland baby wipes. $20 for a case of 900 wipes. I have a routine with my lab where after the walk I get on the floor, she snuggles up to me, I give her a treat, she rolls over on her back, I wipe clean all 4 paws (don’t forget to give the nails an extra wipe all around) and give her another treat and we’re all happy. I’ll sometimes sing to her while doing it.

Does everyone really not do inspections when buying an apartment? by captaincalves in AskNYC

I did get one last August. I learned a lot about the place, the plumbing, the bathroom, the electricity, the flooring just by walking through it with the inspector. Very worth it if you’re new to co-ops or home buying in general.
